Birthday Party Success! Thanks to Peter Piper Pizza!

My middle son has a tough birthday date, it’s not technically a summer birthday because Florida starts school so early but its smack in the middle of August!  This year his birthday landed on the second day of school.  So factor in the start of the school year and our family returning from a trip up north due to a family wedding, I actually thought of completely skipping a birthday party this year.  But try explaining that to an almost 4 year old that had had his birthday party themed picked out for months!

Then I thought about Peter Piper Pizza!  We had gone to a birthday party at the new Greenacres location over the spring and the kids had a blast!  My son’s favorite food is pizza and who doesn’t love playing arcade games?

We decided on a Thursday evening at 5:00pm.  We arrived a little early and the party was already being set up!

As guests started to arrive, each child was handed tokens.  The arcade room is at the far end of the restaurant.  The great thing about the room is that it has plenty of games for a lot of kids but small enough that you can keep your eye on them.

They had the birthday boy make his own pizza (he enjoyed eating the cheese!) and he asked his best girlfriend to help.  Our server put in our pizza order and they baked while the children played.

We had the pizza’s served halfway the party, you can pick from a variety of topping options, though our kids love cheese!  The adults loved the pizza too! Everyone could select their own drinks.  Once dinner was finished the kids enjoyed the birthday cake that I had brought and Peter Piper paired it with ice cream!

Everyone had a fabulous time and my husband and I actually had the chance to have fun, have a yummy dinner and enjoy our son’s birthday party instead of trying to entertain!  If you are looking for a place to host your child’s next birthday party, look no further than Peter Piper Pizza!
